Architect Superstore Automation Services provides internal automation tools used to manage digital content and publishing workflows, including integrations with Google and YouTube services.
Our automation tools may access Google and YouTube user data only after an authorized user grants permission through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system.
Depending on the permissions granted, the application may access information necessary to manage authorized YouTube channels, including channel information, videos, video metadata, playlists, comments, captions, and other YouTube content required by the enabled automation workflows.
Google and YouTube user data is used solely to provide the requested automation functionality. This may include uploading videos, updating video information, managing channel content, and supporting automated publishing workflows.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes and we do not sell Google user data.
Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens required for authorized integrations may be stored securely by the automation infrastructure so that approved workflows can continue operating without requiring authorization for every action.
Data is retained only as necessary to operate and maintain the authorized automation services.
Google user data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers only when necessary to provide the requested automation functionality or when required by law.
Users may revoke the application's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security and permissions settings.
After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to make new authorized requests to Google or YouTube using the revoked authorization.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when our automation services or data practices change. The current version will always be published on this page.
Questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the handling of Google user data may be directed to the support contact identified in the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
